Commissions will be taken through Vgen.
All prices are in USD. Taxes add +7.75%.
Note: Twitch donations/cheers do not count as payment for commissions.

I may reserve the right to increase my prices for all of my commissions at any time, due to my improving skill level, increased demand, change in local minimum wage.
Payment Plans:
I offer payment plans of 2 payments for illustrations, up to 4 payments for Vtuber commissions. Note: I will not start a commission until a first payment is made, and you will not receive the finished product before the commission is paid off fully.Time
This is depending on things such as: complexity, order of commissions (meaning how many I have to draw before yours), or any other issues. I will give you an estimate on how much time I think I need for your commission, and if any delays will occur.If you want to add a deadline to your commission, I will charge an additional fee of $200-300. Deadline only available upon discussion.Customer Satisfaction
You can't change your references and descriptions of the commission drastically after you made the payment. If you still want to make great changes after the payment is done, you can talk to me about it. It will come with an extra charge ranging from 15-50%, depending on the following examples: change of outfit, pose, multiple color changes or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.Canceling/Refund Policy♥ I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
♥ You can cancel a commission fully before a payment is made.
♥ You can cancel your commission and can get 50% of your money back, up until the sketch is finished.
♥ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after I am done with the sketch and have moved onto the next step.Copyright
I hold every right to every commission and drawing. This means that I am allowed to promote, display and/or publish the piece in any place or website (including Patreon), publish books with it, live stream the process and post it on social media. I reserve the right to print prints with a commission, unless agreed otherwise.If we agreed on a "Free of Charge NSFW Variation" of your piece, you are not allowed to share it to the public. It's exclusively for Rosebell Art Patreons, and for the commissioner to see.Personal Rights (Default):

Commission FAQ

What commissions do you take?
Currently I only take commercial commissions and commissions of established franchises (anime, games, vtuber groups etc.) The reason for that is that I publish commissions on my Patreon, which is mostly fanart content!
I sometimes do exceptions for mutuals.What do you not draw?
I don’t draw: gore, mecha, hentai, furry (kemonomimi is okay!), males (rare exceptions only)Do you do emote/panel/sub badge commissions?
I don’t offer that as of right now, I’m sorry!
For my animations, I commission @HowBreadful for that.Do you draw NSFW?
I draw ecchi pieces, but no explicit hentai. If you want both a SFW and NSFW version of your piece, that’s possible for an upcharge. Note: If the commission is a fanart commission of a popular franchise, and I plan on publishing the piece on my Patreon, you may get a NSFW Version extra for free!I want this commission for commercial uses. Can I do that?
